1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances where:

  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, or
  • After verification in cases where return pickup is not required

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our part.
