By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
- Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect compared to the order placed. Due to the nature of our products—paper bags, gift packaging, and related items—returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, size selection errors, or excess quantity ordered are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
- Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this time period may not be accepted.
To initiate a return, customers are required to share clear images or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received. This helps our team verify the issue and process the request efficiently.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. Once the issue is verified, Gift-N-Greet may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund if replacement is not feasible
Minor variations in color, print alignment, or texture that occur due to printing or screen display differences do not qualify as defects.
- Incorrect Product Received
In the event that an incorrect product is delivered, Gift-N-Greet will arrange for a replacement after verification. The incorrect item must be returned in unused condition before a replacement is dispatched.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected, or after verification in cases where return pickup is not required.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or bulk orders
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Clearance or discounted products (unless defective)
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per standard timelines.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to damage, defect, or incorrect item delivery, Gift-N-Greet will bear the return shipping cost. For all other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
